 I would. If you do your job and you do it well and you don't get customer complaints then you should have never gotten below a 70%. Hell I got a review once and I had a 83% but I only did what I was told and nothing more.

 Trak; The percentages is the number of people who use their rewards card.  Has nothing to do with how well I do my job, or about complaints. It deals with "do you have a rewards card? Would you like one? I can look it up by phone number/name/email" Mine is down because people don't want, people don't need, people can't be bothered.

 I gues ours was different o .o... Though it was for Security... But yeah... Its only a rewards card. That's no right to blast you like she did. So people don't want a rewards card big deal.
