Was your experience at work, or on here?

At work. I wish we had parties. We just get yelled at. And it's people who come through Staples. they're such ridiculous people.

Reyoki 01-04-2012 08:48 PM

@Lio: People are generally going to be jerks anyway. You might not ever see them again, though, so don't let it ruffle your feathers too much.

@Cronis: Meh, I don't even really worry about hurricanes anymore. I view them as just over-glorified thunderstorms. Sure, we might get a little flooding and some trees get knocked over, but that's about it. The worst I've seen from a hurricane was the power going out for a week, and I'd been camping enough to know how to fix a hot meal without electricity.

@Reyoki; The problem is it usually is the people who are constantly in there. I've seen them so many times I know who they are practically on sight. I do know it is just a job, but oddly enough as much as I complain, my one coworker is more burnt out than me, more depressed by this job, and she has anti-depressants, that were upped since starting there.

@ Lio: Our Boss is great, but I spent it trying to help my co-worker not hurt herself.

@ Reyo: Aye, but the best part is when "Katrina memorial" time comes. And everyone I know hates it, because all the tv talks about is New Orleans, which wasn't even hit by Katrina. But I'll avoid the tyrade.

So~ what part of Florida?

Lioshika 01-04-2012 08:58 PM

Croni; The problem is, my bosses don't know how to get out of a paper bag. Speaking of which, Bill (team leader for Easy Tech) is leaving. Autumn may apply for easy tech and leave customer service. Which i was all "YAY" about until Paul said he'd apply for customer service. He thinks he is top shit now. I've been there longer than him, and I don't listen to people who like to tell me what to do when they're just like me, a cashier. If he gets power I already warned him I would do as I damn well please and continue on as I am. That I won't bend to what he wishes because Bob is my boss, not his pathetic "team leader" status he wants so bad.

Airina 01-04-2012 09:03 PM

*tackles cronis* hi! I've missed you!

Cronislee 01-04-2012 09:05 PM

Tell him to clean up a liquified deer like I have.
I will say, I've never ran a cashier because I dont want to accidentally screw up with money, but I do all the dirty jobs no one else will :P.
The weird thing is it doesnt bother me though xD.

*falls over* O.o
Ok, why am I getting bombarded by lasses who missed me?

Lioshika 01-04-2012 09:09 PM

I hate running register. I only hear complaints and I never hear one good thing. I always have to break the news to people that others told them wrong. I get so tired of that crap. For once I would like to see the other associates have to deal with the trouble they cause us. Just once it would be nice to see them deal with it.

Croni; I always bombard you

Cronislee 01-04-2012 09:23 PM

True, you have a point. If only it were such in reality.

Lioshika 01-04-2012 09:33 PM

I could make it a reality if I wasn't so far North. -Wrinkles her nose.-

Cronislee 01-04-2012 09:36 PM

Aw, would require a road trip.

Lioshika 01-04-2012 09:37 PM

It would. And my freaking car needs repairs so yeah. I have to get that done before I do anything.

Cronislee 01-04-2012 09:39 PM

Understandible. How are things otherwise

Lioshika 01-04-2012 09:43 PM

Okay I guess. Just a lot of things going on health wise that just frustrate me. you?

Cronislee 01-04-2012 09:45 PM

Other types of frustrations, but allright concidering. I've been keeping to myself alot lately.

Lioshika 01-04-2012 09:54 PM

I noticed. you haven't been on much lately.
