Hmmm....not bad. Impressive.

I've actually taken to eating smaller meals throughout the day. Seems to work better most of the time.

Well, imagine 80-lb me back in 7th grade eating three slices of pizza.

But most of the time, I don't feel like eating too much. Occasionally, I still need to remind myself, but I'm getting better at knowing my limits >.>

O_O
Well, that would be quite impressive.

Yeah, that sounds about like the first year of college into the second year to me...that was mine a bit at least. Thankfully I didn't have an unlimited meal plan so I couldn't just eat all the time.

Tiva 08-28-2013 01:22 PM

He wanted to though.... Hyjin would eat like five plates of food per sitting.

Espy 08-28-2013 02:04 PM

I'm acutally on real money this year and not freshman money, so I'm doing my best to not spend too much.

Tiva 08-28-2013 02:07 PM

Yeah real money sucks... *hates being poor*

Alpha 08-28-2013 02:32 PM

Yeah....the meal plan money and whatnot is nice to have. At the same time (though it requires more thought) using real money comes out cheaper...for the most part.

Espy 08-29-2013 12:09 AM

Meal plans give you a sense of getting something out of it, more than paying with cash (or pre-loaded id cards, for me) does. I'm not sure if that makes sense? Like...I don't feel like I'm wasting so much as long as I eat a decent chunk of my meal, and don't let slip more than one or two meal blocks per two weeks. But...in real money, two meal blocks would be $16 or $18, and if I dropped a twenty down the drain, I'd freak out much, much more.

Alpha 08-29-2013 12:12 AM

Understand completely. That's basically my view on it. Makes you think about it a lot more than just using a "block meal" or two as the situation stands.

Tiva 08-29-2013 12:13 AM

I never used block meals after my freshman year.

*rumbles around in the back, trying to find something to eat or drink*

Espy 02-11-2014 06:09 PM

Hey hey, careful around back there... Also, it's polite to ask.

...If you're really that hungry, there are a few stale loaves of bread in the cellar. Don't touch the moonshine, though.

Alpha 02-11-2014 06:15 PM

Moonshine? *perks up with tail wagging* Where is it? WHERE?! *dashes around knocking stuff over*

Espy 02-11-2014 07:13 PM

....Upstairs. Pull out Volume D of the encyclopedia on the bookshelf, then slide the shelf over. Go down the ladder; the stuff under the floorboards.

Though, if anyone raids, I'll know who blabbed.

Alpha 02-11-2014 10:08 PM

*heads upstairs and does as instructed, nearly squealing with delight at the stock* Yes, awesome...YES!

Espy 02-12-2014 01:22 AM

Don't take too much; it didn't come cheap.
