no.. she borrowed money from someone and so gave it back Via our food stamps (that and at the beginning of the month she bought a SHIT load of eggnog) and out food stamps were cut too.

She needs to take some classes on how to manage her money better.

I set my Skype to not start up when the computer does. It puts a lot of strain on it to open Skype right off the bat.
