Nothing much, just waiting for an e-mail as I need to do a peer review of person essay (that needs to be done and turn in tonight) however this particular person hadn't done/or finished the essay…so I am partially waiting for a e-mail (attached with the essay) so I can do it but there is no e-mail yet and I am getting very frustrated >_< I need a Guardian Angel. |
Otouto - I used to have a hedgehog! He had quite the tood and he looked so funny and cute running laps around his cage at night haha.
Guardian Angel - You're very welcome. That does sound very frustrating. If you don't get it by the time it's due you should explain what happened. I am sure the teacher would understand. |
Funny that you mentioned that...I had just done that (I sent my teacher an e-mail) and so far right now I am just waiting for that e-mail although, if my teacher doesn't respond back then I am probably doing to submit it and say Did not receive essay (to that sort of thing.)

Actually the person did follow through...although, I got it at 11:30 last night as I had just went to bed...so later on today I am going to do the review and complete it. However, I did what I said in my last post and submit the peer review (saying Did not receive essay for Review) since it was due yesterday but, I am going to submit it again today and see if it's going to be oK.

I'm pretty bored too, looking at real estate. I'm not planning to buy at least for another three years, but it doesn't hurt to look anyway to see what's affordable. I'd want to do a 10-year fixed mortgage rate, depending how much the monthly cost figures out to be. The one I'm looking at right now would cost $697 a month at 5% for 10 years. That's not bad at all for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 2,400 sq. ft. house. The total cost is $82,200. A down payment would be $16,440. It's on 1 1/2 acres too. I wish I had a job or some kind of savings set up with something to work with. I'd SO go for it >.<

I need to work for an entire year and save just about everything to afford a down payment on anything lol. It also depends if I'd be able to get roommates because I can't afford a $700 a month payment by myself with other expenses.
