Bushwacker 2..? Newspaper swords..?

-proceeds to make an account to try it-

It's kind of addicting o_o'
I'm surprised that there are games like this on the internet!

XD If you're playing on the Armorgames site, I can friend you. But I know it's on a lot of sites. I was surprised too! It's such a nice game, despite being so simple and grindy. But that tiny character running around like a derp and flailing away at the bushes is so hilarious, and the quests you do actually make a change in the world.

Potironette 02-04-2016 12:02 AM

Wahahaha, that chicken hat looks so fuzzy :3
I play on the Armor Games one--since it was the first one I saw that was easy to sign up for xD. That, and I didn't like the Bigfish and Kongregate sites.
My name is "Wuguired" on Armorgames.

It's a knitted TURKEY hat. XD For Thanksgiving.

ahhh! I'm UtterlyWeird. I just made a comment recently down in the comments section, so I'll be easy to find. Go ahead and friend me and drop me a note so I can friend back.

I agree about Bigfish. I find it as much a headache as Facebook (which BW2 is also on). Kongregate I haven't had trouble with, but Armorgames is where I first found BW2, and I find it runs better for me than Kogregate does.

Lawtan 02-04-2016 08:13 PM

Wait...there was an Artix Games discussion?

...blushing...

Den 02-04-2016 10:27 PM

We were talking games, and the discussion kind of went that way... *hugs Law*

Potironette 02-05-2016 12:56 AM

Adventure Quest!

-Looks up video tutorial and adds-
Thanksgiving, turkey, whoops. In my head I guessed it was for Thanksgiving, but I always seem to think in my head that people eat chicken for for Thanksgiving -_-'

Tam I am 02-05-2016 04:24 PM

XD Noope. It's turkey. Or ham, sometimes?

Lawtan, you got further along than I did. Just for the record, that's not the armour she's in. The stupid game just won't show what she does have on. I never really did any quests, all that is from whacking things in the character's backyard.

And while I'm confessing to my time spent on goofy games...

AQW

Warpforce

MechQuest

Pony vs Pony

Lawtan 02-05-2016 05:40 PM

xD - I joined back before the Devourer Saga, and largely stayed for Darkovia stuff.

<3 to gothic mythological stuff. Pirates & necromancers, too.

Den 02-05-2016 09:51 PM

I don't even remember when I joined or when I left.

Potironette 02-06-2016 05:19 AM

I don't remember when I joined, but I know I didn't stay too long because the AQ queues got pretty annoying >_>

Lawtan 02-06-2016 03:05 PM

Ah...I could see that. A real-life friend I used to have got me into it.

Den 02-06-2016 08:01 PM

Tam got me into it... and now my computer throws a fit with flash-based games...

Tam I am 02-07-2016 03:05 PM

With the Artix games, I just paid for them, all but 'MechQuest'. Which is why I was so mad when I wound up not being able to pay 'Dragon Fable'. I also don't remember when I joined and when I left. I remember I left 'Warpforce' because some of the badguys grossed me out too much.

Den 02-07-2016 08:11 PM

Sports thing is on. I'm primarily watching for the commercials, and the halftime show. The Puppy and Kitten bowls are more interesting, imo.

Den 02-07-2016 10:42 PM

Speaking of commercials, here's my current favorite: Honda Ridgeline commercial

Natsunaine 02-08-2016 06:05 AM

*walks in and leaves hugs for the law and asa*

Tam I am 02-08-2016 07:57 PM

Wiener-dogs running for the mustard! *ded*

Den 02-09-2016 06:25 AM

That was another of the favorites. In the top five. Along with Helen Mirrin giving drunk drivers a sound telling off without cursing. :)

Den 02-26-2016 11:27 PM

And now I'm going to try and find a job so I can pay for the hotel room for TFCon in Chicago later this year... I'm also going to sell a few things on Facebook.

Lawtan 02-27-2016 12:17 AM

*hugs Den for good luck*

Tam I am 02-27-2016 05:49 PM

*cheering squad for Den. Mostly one handed pom-pom waving because I was holding a bitty today and my left arm's a bit stiff now*

Den 02-27-2016 06:23 PM

D'aww. bitties can be really cute sometimes.

Tam I am 02-28-2016 04:54 AM

This one holds hands with herself and grins at people. Also holds their hand. She's four months old.

Den 02-28-2016 11:14 AM

D'awww. and Mom and I watched a story about a five year old and her pet duck a little while ago... duck imprinted on the little girl...

Lawtan 02-28-2016 12:14 PM

Bitties?
O.o?

Den 02-28-2016 02:25 PM

Little kids, generally newborns to toddlers, or a little older.

Tam I am 02-28-2016 03:19 PM

Yup. That's bitties.

XD Pet ducks are often so sassy. I saw a video of a guy running from his baby goose the other day. The other commenters all thought it was a duckling, and I did too till I heard what it said at the end of the clip.

Den 02-29-2016 02:14 AM

Geese can be mean as heck... and they bite, too!

Glitch 02-29-2016 02:26 AM

my dog is so afraid of geese she chases them and then runs away like crazy if they look at her

Lawtan 02-29-2016 02:52 AM

...Our dog played "Night of the Living Dead" with a possum the other day. XD

Tam I am 02-29-2016 03:24 PM

XD The geese I grew up with had all been raised by us. The only painful thing that ever happened is that the sweetest natured one of them could see the colour purple and loved it. One day one of my little sisters went out to see him with some purple on her nose. Sweetie nibbled it... Ouch. Then he was worried when she yelled.

Eeek. What do you mean?

Lawtan 02-29-2016 05:21 PM

Dog: There's a Possum! Chase!
Possum: *plays dead*
Dog: Mr. Possum? Hey! It's not nap time! *grumbles* Fine... *walks away*
Possum: *gets up and waddles away*
Dog: Hey! You came back to life! Play!
Possum: *plays dead*
Dog: What the...? I didn't say, "Play dead!"
~repeat a few times~

Den 03-01-2016 03:44 AM

Dogs are so silly. When we had a dog, we had to be careful not to say certain words, because he knew what they meant...

Cody knew what the following words meant...:

-Squirrel
-Ball
-Frisbee
-Flashlight
-Rabbit
-Paper
-walk
-bath
-Mom
-Dad
-*my name*
-*sibling's name*
-Cat
-Up
-Down
-sit
-stay
-off
-laser
-food
-dog egg (Dad would cook an egg for him on Sundays, and put it in his food bowl)
-no
-leash
-smile
-kiss
-outside
-potty
-closer (as in "bring that closer to me")
-stop

He was a good dog, and Dad and I were the ones most affected by his passing.

Tam I am 03-01-2016 02:25 PM

XD Sounds like a Border Collie vocabulary. I bet he knew a lot more signals that you guys might have never noticed, too.

Natsunaine 03-01-2016 10:13 PM

I had a dog at some point, Who acted literally just like our cats would. I swear it was convinced it was an oversized cat.

Tam I am 03-02-2016 05:54 PM

LOL What kind of dog was it?

It wouldn't surprise me if he did. He was a good dog.

A HUGE husky-Red wolf mix.

Lawtan 03-03-2016 12:05 AM

Huskies tend to act like young cats. xD
