It's Ryuko's Hair from an old event. The war that happened after the Taskal war where there was some fighting between Loyalist and Rebels in Quesaria I think.

It gives two very different vibes. Without the blindfold it's like you're the eye of the storm. Completely calm yet very powerful. With the blind fold it's like there's a lot of scary power waiting to be unleashed.
