to be fair the more you think about it the more messed up it gets XD it's not just applicable to physical objects, once applied to the theoretical it becomes an application of infinity while having absolutely nothing in it. it is not simply 'there is a cat' with the odds of 'it is dead' or 'it is not dead' but an infinite branching of possibility with thoroughly equal possibility(except not). at this moment that i am not looking behind me my cat could be on the pillow behind me, but also he could be somewhere else, or he could be in a state of transitioning from there and elsewhere or he could have never existed or he could be simultaneously behind me and not behind me but without transition, he could also be an immeasurable number of states in between the state of 'behind me' and 'somewhere else' and this is simply accounting for the cat in a state that i perceive him to be(in this case whole and asleep) each of these possibilities are expanded again when you change if he is asleep or awake or in a state that is neither, also in a state where he is in a whole piece or multiple pieces and if this is done while he is awake or asleep or in a state outside of those two
and to make this awkward state of infinite possibility even more crazy while all these states ARE simultaneously true only one of these possibilities is actually true and in this way my cat represents the universe and all he is doing is sitting behind me on the pillow sleeping
