can you try using your code and what not on another device? see if that brings your game back until they fix it for your phone?

I thought there was the daily thing and then the consecutive days that just add up each time you log in that it didn't have to be daily.

I THINK there's a bit of a grace period with regards to the day counter. I know I've missed a day before but I'm still sitting at 500+ consecutive days.

The word "consecutive" specifically means "in a row without interruptions". :(

It doesn't work like that.

To use another device means you have to press a button on your actual game from the original device to give it a okay to do it that way.

My game was wiped from my phone, so I have to contact gunghorror directly to have it fixed.


I got ANOTHER email, this time I have to change my in game name for my new account into a different number. (They never provided me with a ticket number to begin with so.. -sigh-)

They are telling me they cannot tell me about the status of the investigation until it's done and I'm not allowed to ask, I partly believe this is a lie so I can stop pestering them.

I guess the really don't want my money.

Missing out on the evo pal machine, magic stones, AND the daily counter.

I have some white people I want to murder soon enough, and some japanese people a little after that. This process they are making me go through is ridiculous, why couldn't they just allow a username/password system or something easy like that?

o3o how do you know the people running the american branch are white? they could be african american or latino or something x'D

I think they should allow us to back up our game data or something like that for times like this.

Agreed. :/


Oh and I'm assuming their all white because every-time I see an American employee they are white. But if there is other Gungho member's of different races other than white I will be sure to put them on the chopping block for sure. ;D

maybe you should mail the japanese company and be like 'you need to fire some people in your american branch, its been so many days already and they haven't given me my game data back. they're being rude to me and their customer service is slower then molasses! get some smart people over to america to fix things!"

Here's the annoying part: It's trivially easy to do so. They already have your information server-side. If you use the Game Data Migration command even once, then all you have to do is log in with your Android / Apple account and put in your PAD ID, and it'll download it from the server.

You can also back up your data yourself, using whatever backup offerings are available for your phone. (On Android, Titanium Backup if rooted, or enable developer mode and Helium if not; on iOS, iCloud backups.)

Weird note: The point in the game data migration function about your old device not working anymore isn't completely true. Ginny had it connected to her iPod and her iPad at the same time, so that either device could play the game (but not at the same time, that made dungeon drops get really confused).

I heard about people having the same game on 2 different devices.. i'd like to do that for my phone and kindle. o3o i just don't know how to do it

someone had used helium and it didn't back up their PAD data so I'm worried it won't work. =(

so I don't think i can go much farther until i evolve delgado... o3o and then start working on Volcano Dragon's evolutions..

i just need 2 of those dragon jewels to ulti evolve my starter dragon.. but the evo machine event thing is being stingy 3:<

So delgado and volcano dragon should evolve tomorrow.. delgado for sure

after i finish working on my dragon team i can start working on my Skuld team ouo

Skuld has Siren and Muse with her x3 and my one Ogre i need to play with her team a bit more before i finalize them.

I have a team of 2 keeper of golds and ogres xD HP please and thank you! I should be able to go mask hunting with this team *u*
