I make my chili without beans, too, when I make it myself. I put in beef, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, baby gold potatoes, seasonings, and a little bit of heavy cream.

beans are ok in chili but it still tastes good without

me its just Beef, Leeks, chili powder, Garlic salt, black pepper, red crushed hot peppers, and tomato juice :3

I start mine the night before and let it cook all the next day so it will be falling apart by the next evening.
