well, it happens to anyone who gets cold.
The sinews and muscles all freeze up because of the cold. They get hardened and stuff. |
it's definitely not fun since i live on my own with a 6 almost 7 month old
but i'm inside my house where it's toasty warm i haven't been outside at all today... |
The weather has been good here lately. Lots of sun, maybe a bit chilly but still the sun. It was nice earlier but then got kind of dreary. I can feel my knees acting up. xD
