Healthy really isn't my thing, I prefer tasty and flavor imbuned quite ruing my chances of ever having a figure but oh well not like I need it.

Eh. That hike might help you out a bit. And really it's not as hard to lose weight as it seems. Just jog a little daily and you're set. Well, it's easier for boys, but still.

the only shake at healthy i take is not eating still that i /know/ has 0 food in it XD
