I'm doing a hell of a lot better today.
But now the question is, do I wait it out ONE more day? Or should I hop back onto my routine, and test it out? -sighs- |

I have two sets of weights. xD; And resistance bands. xDD;
... I could do an upper body workout... <.<;; It requires no movement on the lower body, no jumping, and running around... Hm... Its not light though. =/ |
Well I have 2 lb weights and if I feel weird I just watch a 30 minute thing on netflix or youtube and do slow, relaxed curls and it helps.

So. Tried fake meat today. FUCK. SOY. BURGERS. They are DISGUSTING. No amount of beef flavoring, pepper, or salt could make that better. Oh god it was disgusting.
