I got home and ate a bunch of starchy foods and nothing to drink with them

so my states foot ball team is about to loose the game because the other team got the ball back xD.

And now I have to listen to my mom bitch for like the next few days.

I don't know, she never liked it as much as my dad did, he was the one who kind of got my mother an myself into the sport.

Though I find it funny my mom is rooting for our team when she is not even from here.

Haha, agreed. The only reason rooting changes here is because of the football pool, but there are teams someone remains loyal to; a.k.a. The Bears.

My dad has been a true fan, not a flipflop fan.

I don't feel like one has to be a die hard fan, but when you have some stability and aren't one of those fans who just roots for the winning team it just makes it more fun to watch.
