It’s created with lab made milk. Fungi with cow DNA fed corn syrup in a vat producing lactose-free cream.

That's actually pretty cool. I didn't realize there was already lab based milk. I wonder how the flavor compares to regular milk.

As long as it's better than soy milk... I love flavored soy milk, but I can't take pure

It's been forever since I've had soy milk. My favorite is almond milk, but I have it as is or for adding to food things. And coconut milk, but it's more calorie dense.

Coconut butter/manna is what dreams are made of. But here it's expensive.

It's nice on it's own, but I'd like to try to use it with protein bars eventually. I think one of the bulk stores will eventually carry it, hopefully. If you like coconut things, you'd probably like it. But then I like plain coconut oil, so I'm not sure if I'm the best judge.

No time because I'm trying to help the father with groceries by doing more "microworking". But I hope we can eventually purchase past items so that we can have things to work with that we haven't had before.
