And I got out of bed before 6:30 AM, and my hair's still damp from the shower I took last night before I went into bed.

Yesterday, I washed my hair, and it was still damp after I let it out of its bun, 14 hours later.

XD We has too much hair. And since I didn't brush mine back and put a band on it when it was wet, when I don't have a band on right now I'm reminded of the 'Hair' song.

Well, what can be done to improve it, then? Assuming you need the job to keep food/water/shelter (and somewhat internet)...leaving the job at the moment is out.

If you need to log in for your job, then I'd say ask your boss for help.

If you need to log in for sanity...find a place for lunch that has free wifi? Or go there, or to a library, after work? *shrugs*

The boss has no idea how to fix the problem. The IT guys have tried to fix it.... Maybe I'm just not meant to be a call center slave anymore.

Especially considering I ran out of gas today while running errands, got a gallon of gas from the highway patrol and got to safety, btw... and now, I don't have enough gas to get to work today.

Umm...part of the idea of "you get paid" is supposed to help you with things like having enough gas to get back and forth to work...and having enough food to not die on the job...

I missed getting to the food pantry earlier today... the weather made me sleepy as all heck, so by the time I got up and moving, it was too late to go to the morning opening, so I'll go in about an hour.

I figured out something: it's less packed if I go to the food pantry in the mornings... and the pantry was still open this morning when i went. If I'd have continued toward the pantry, they would've gotten me in... turns out it's open 9-11:30 in the mornings, not 9-11 like I'd thought.
