i don't know i just see people with swirls on their feet. I am not sure if I have seen them on other parts of th body maybe but I think they are differnt item then the cheek swirls.

oh I wanted that item already. DX too much stuff I want! not enough Aurum to buy it all. So many commons I was getting a pretty good start on that and now I want Zephyr's Companion which is going to drain my 10k I have saved up for if I ever find someone selling runes.
