I am more than ready to leave this place.. at this point, I'm champing at the bit. From all angles, I'm hearing people suggest I pick it up and improve, "but you're not doing horrible, really." It's like a euphamism for, "We're sorry, you suck. Try harder, champ!" <_<;;

I seriously caught myself tearing up 3 or 4 times at work today (9 hour shift), had full tears two of those times, one of which where I had to hide it until I got to the ladies' room. It was that bad.
