beefcake was the second episode of the whole series is from Weight Gain 4000 when Cartman was getting tired of being fat and needed to look good for Kathy Lee Gifford so he gets hooked on this stupid commercial diet called Weight Gain 4000 and that's their motto BEEFCAKE.

Which eventually made Cartman gain even more weight
