I may end up teaching my dad how to play, as i'm going to be stuck in a caravan with him, and a full box of avacyn restored >_>

the rest of my deck with that card in it is clones, so I end up with 3 or 4 of it in play usually. but i also have other cards to clone as well. like a mythic i have the will clone anything but as a 7/7, so clone a flyer or 1/1 unblockable infect creature i have and have a7/7 version >_>

Beware of counter spells o .o

it's a blue deck i'm running, so i have a fair few counter. they're in there mainly to counter other peoples counters XD

What ability counter? I'd rather give you an army of 0/1 sheep tokens then to let you beef up your own creatures XD

I myself I have a lot of ability based creatures. My slivers have never been beaten mostly because of their abilities... Plus a card called "custody battle" and "angel's grace" > u>

I've noticed that older cards actually seem to have more abilities than in more recent sets. I don't really have anything to prevent abilities, but I never come up against many threatening ones. if one does look scary i'll just stop the creature coming into play.

That doesn't always work you know. For cases like Slivers or Kavus you have to bury them or they'll just come right back into play... I believe there is a sliver that makes them immune to counters as well... I'll have too look.

there's no way to ever be prepared for everything. nothing always works. I've never had any issues with my deck the way it is right now. it does fine getting rid off issues against the people I play with. that's all I need. I've also never come across a sliver in a game o-o

i think some people put to much effort into trying to defend against so much. loosing once because you can't counter everything ever is fine o-o

I has 6 slivers in my one deck but its like a 3 colored deck xD and no one to play with

Sliver Decks are cool to have ouo

They're not in newer sets so I personally haven't come across them much.

Slivers are a nasty deck to go up against XD

They are a type of hive. Each sliver shares its ability with another and vise versa so a single sliver can have like 10 different abilities depending on how many different types you have. I have slivers that give all slivers flying and "whenever a sliver is sent to a graveyard you may place it on top of its owners library"

and slivers that have abilities like "whenever a sliver deals combat damage place a 1/1 sliver creature token in play"

Those are just a few. I know a lot of blue slivers have abilities like "whenever a sliver comes into play counter target spell" that works really well with a green sliver that says "you can play slivers anytime you could play an instant"

they are meant to be able to counter everything in a way. except being removed from the game XD

My friends who gotten me into Magic, had snit loads of slivers @-@ back then.. I just wanted this one angel card.. i don't remember it but I refused to get rid of it xD they made me a deck from their cards and would bring it to class for me ouo I miss them Dx

That's not a bad starter sliver deck. Even though it says "expert level" but its not really.

This is sort of my wild card in my zombie deck (in the ruling she is actually a zombie, so all my boosts apply to her, and my enchantment to get zombies into play for free also applies)

i have artful dodge of whisperslik cloak to make her unblockable, but if she dies then i do risk someone bringing her back and killing me >_>

that looks like a card that would be illegal xD

Um... I hate to tell you but if you equip that cloak the creature can't be targeted by abilities including its own own.
