A Zip Car is a car you can rent, you are sort of a group member owner of the car. You pay a due and you can order the car and gas and insurance is paid with your due.

With Zip Car you don't pay for that stuff. Our plan is 80 bucks a year. We have to pay per hour as well - we usually get the seven dollar one. For groceries - maybe once every three months?
