then it is /your/ job. heaven forbid you step on a nail expose a wire, crack a tile, dent the ladder or need to fix something on the fly

that is part of the very basics of safety and preperation

25 bucks to get all the most essential things for a toolbox >>; one trip to homedepot or some place like it and you are set, there is /never/ an excuse to go unprepared

then you have to bring it. prepare a few hours before hand or the night before it or if he tells you nothing just bring it all, does not matter but if you dont then you deserve all the bad shit that happens that is just how it is. i have no patience for people who are stupid on purpose, you need to be responsible or you can get into a serious pickle

then you need to make sure you have what you need to do your job and do it right. i know you cannot afford the fines that come with unsafe building practices or be able to afford having your licenses revoked or deal with gangrene
