Does the school have jobs? I know mine gives work study options that vary from grounds keeping to secretarial...it even has most of the food option on school run by students, and library services as well...Even a good chunk of the janitorial staff is students...

I dont know i havent checked.... I would prefer not to, because most schools pay minimum wage....

It's still better than nothing...I know mine actually pays a little more than minimum wage, but you don't have benefits...but part of your payment goes to help pay for classes, and the rest goes to you...

I think for school jobs I was kind of lucky since math tutors are scarce and they needed it, so that's what my job was while I was in college.

Nice. I may be trying to get a job this coming year at school...but I'm not sure yet.

If you need the money you should...I think it's worth it even if you have to give up some free time.

I think I've got to for my public history certification...I've gotta have like 120 hours of work in the school museum...

Well like i would want to be a tutor but its my first year at the school and you have to have taken the class prior to being able to tutor....

I tutored in high school and i really liked it.

I can't tutor...I do things backwards and still get the right answer, but it's never the correct way to do it...
