I don't know why, they used to do it to Wal-Mart, but Wal-mart didn't really like it or they rampaged wal-mart last year. ANd when you think about it Target has more of those contemporary "designer" items, rather than wal-mart is more generic

Target has some, but there's a super target that's like Walmart super center

We have the Wal-Mart super center.
