IT does not usually snow where I live at the most it gives us cold rain that turns into ice over night and people panic about that, however its march and snowing.

The weather this year has been really strange. We usually get our coldest weather in December/January, but our winter was really warm. We're only now getting cold weather, and it's not likely to last. :\

Western Hemisphere. I'm in Florida.

Nah. Maybe a bit in North Florida, but I'm in South Florida. It's only snowed here once, and that was years before I was born.
