It's a mochi/yogurt place. And it is the greatest. thing. ever. EVERRR.

I haven't made mochi in a while, but I sometimes make it. That and sushi.

I wouldn't even know where to start in making mochi.

It's not hard, just a long process. You have to soak the glutenous rice over night then pound it with a Kine [wooden mallet] and a traditional mortar.

Typically two people do the work, but since i only make a little, I used one hand to mash, and the other to wet the rice. You've got to keep a good rhythm. Once you've got your sticky mass, you then make your desired shape. The sooner you shape it, the better the texture. It also dries out quickly.

That's the traditional way to make it.. but there are online recipes that call for other stuff.

Not here sadly. In the afternoon after school it was those shows.. I forget the name >< Gilmore girls i think was one.. well it was tv dramas and movies.. I think metabots and Bayblade came on after wards..

Metabots and beyblade weren't until years after monster ranchers. x'D

well when I first got cable Digimon, Metabots, and Bayblade aired when i was at school and I couldn't watch them ;-; I was able to catch Shinzo (Mushrambo) before the bus came though xD

She's been in and out, really. occasionally checking in here for a few days and then poofing for a while before coming back. I'm sure she'll be back soon. but while you were gone, I assumed your position temporarily, and about a week ago she said she wasn't sure about making a charity anymore. that was the last I heard from her. it would be a shame to give up the title of First Ever Trisphean Charity, but I can understand how it would be hard to run a charity right from the beginning. she'll be back and we three can talk it over. it would be easier to run with three after all. C:

Plus, if you need the code from the old charity, you can PM Zy and she'll fetch it for you. so all's not completely lost.
