It's 18°F outside at the moment and my room was in the mid fifties when I got home xnx

Oh that is soooo cold! Its 33 here right now and we had a nice warm, sunny winter day, but by Thursday into Friday it will be very cold, and the weekend more snow.

 This weekend is supposed to be in the single digits here ;0;
	 |

I went walking down the street after dark this evening...t-shirt and shorts. :)
	 |

I do that in winter here sometimes but only to my mailbox and back. xD
	 |

Well, it was about 75. :P
	 |

I go out to get my mail in shorts and t-shirts until it hits about 20 degrees. Then sweat pants and t-shirts. xD
But I've been feeling crappy the last week so the cold is starting to get to me. |

Oh I miss the summer. 75 Toho :P I hate you!!!!
supposed to be single digits here too. I was going out friday night as I usually do, but damn its going to be so cold I think I just want to hang out at home and be warm. getting into a cold car is no fun. |

Damies! I figured out why I have been feeling extra blergh! The weather has been cold (single digit and sub-zero) and it's been cloudy for like...a week straight practically...

That will give you Seasonal Adjustment Disorder (SAD). I'm usually pretty cheery but it is hard when its cold and cloudy and snowy. I use Amber to pick my spirits up.

I just want to sleep all the time...
	 |

 Yeah sleep is awesome! :D
	 |

 Sleep is good.
But I hate feeling so tired. |

Tht happens when you sleep too much.
	 |

Let's see...I went to bed around 3am, woke up at around 8, fell back asleep around 8:30, and woke up at 10:30-ish.
So...7 hours of interrupted sleep. Sound like too much? |

You are getting older. As you get older, you need less sleep, because your body doesn't have to do as much as it used to (namely grow) as an infant-->child-->teenager-->young adult. Five hours is about the average for a fully grown and healthy adult that does no-to-mild daily physical exertion.
