My school has firm rules (There is plenty of 18+ people here) so people just don't give trouble to school and such. Either you want to study and come to classes and act somewhat normal or no one is forcing you to be here. High school education is NOT a MUST.

Yeah, if you want to be something more than basic worker, you must have it, too, (and if in current situation you want to have a work at all), but generally, no one will push you towards high school
