Yes you would definitely meet a lot of people. Although personally I think I could do with meeting a little fewer people than I do XP.

I think 20 stitches for cross stitching in a row is too many. 132 is like insane.... The hood looks amazing though. Yeah, although I imagine it is slightly faster to do a stitch in knitting than in cross stitching, still... But even so,132 outtakes in comparison to the 1000+ stitches pet round/row in things like finer lace shawls and the like. Well, there's a reason people don't wear a lot of handmade lace these days...

Yeah, it does, but even though I don't have a lot of patience for big things, I do enjoy knitting. Just the feeling that you're creating something is nice, whether or not I end up using the end product very much.
