Weight wise? That's a bad ass weight.
Tho', you also gain weight if you don't put food in your system. Eat salad stuff more often and your body won't cling to the fat that it gets from whatever you consume. If you don't put enough fat into your system your body goes into survival mode and clings to whatever it can to keep you healthy. Or it could be water weight. |
Two days ago, I was 108.3
I havent eaten a single thing today. I had my coffee, and didnt finish it, and I'm on my second bottle of water, but ... what the hell? I've worked SO hard this week.. so bloody fucking HARD. 109 isn't BAD, but its not my goal weight. My goal weight is 103-105. |
Not even an hour and a half ago, I got done working out.
45 minutes of cardio/toning, and now I'm going to do an ab workout. And I walked once already. Goddamnit, all.. and tonights my "supposed" cheat day, which means I'll be forced to eat a little dinner, and I'm going to FREAK. Even worse than I already am. |
That could explain that too. So much working out creates muscle mass and that adds weight.
