There are some supposedly decent drugstore primers that may also help, but I'm not sure what is available to you. Milani might be? I haven't tried much since everything breaks me out.

Funnily enough, also in Mayhem's tutorial, she uses blush on her eyes. Big no-no because a lot of blush pigments aren't eye safe. Some people can tolerate them, though.

Eyes are such a sensitive area. I was thinking more of eyeshadow on lips since you can have then more colors of lipsticks xD

Some aren't lip safe. Ultramarines, Ferric Ferrocyanide and Chromium Oxides look like the ones to avoid for lips. Not sure why, though.
