Like they told me to do, with my son's and now they can't find them... *so hopes they find it* I even was willing to get a med for my OCD and I can't even pick it up. If I wait too long, I might not want to take it anymore. I'm waiting til Thursday morning to see if they can find the cards and if not I have to cancel my appointment I have there for Friday and then call my insurance company and hope to god they aren't too pissed that the cards are gone with no where to be found ~_~ And I am so gonna try hard to get sharpies!! D: you should keep the physical cards on you and give your doctors office scanned copies or duplicates of the card for their files.

I don't want to wait who knows how long to get new cards in the mail and get yelled at by my insurance... their office should have been able to make copies of them during your visit,IIRC its more or less a law in every state that copies of the proper documents must be made in office (as to avoid forgery or stolen ID) on the first visit,no matter if you plan to be a recurring visitor or not.
