We haven't gotten snow yet, but I'm kind of happy we haven't to be honest. ^^;

Monorea 01-08-2016 04:06 PM

Yeah its just a bother only good thing is that it makes everything much brighter.

Demonskid 01-08-2016 08:55 PM

The only good thing about snow is that it sparkles 3:< its too bright and wet andcold

ml1201 01-09-2016 01:11 AM

If it snows badly enough I can skip out on work. owo

Monorea 01-09-2016 07:51 AM

Really? Even if there is 50 cm of snow where you park just get your snow shovel out and clear a path to a cleared road and you can get to work right?

Potironette 01-09-2016 08:24 AM

50 cm of snow would be a pain =_=. It doesn't exceed 2 feet so there's definitely no snow-day at school and probably tons of traffic.

I live in an apartment, so no clearing snow when it snows for me :D. But for homeowners it's probably very time consuming and labor intensive to shovel everything/dig their cars out.

Monorea 01-09-2016 09:14 AM

Nah it usually takes less than a hour to clear what is needed.

Potironette 01-09-2016 09:17 AM

Oh, that's good. I hear people complaining about shoveling snow all the time, so I assumed it wold take a long time.

Monorea 01-09-2016 09:23 AM

Well thats only if they care too much, we just shovel as needed not to keep it tidy.

Demonskid 01-09-2016 11:06 AM

I know people who shovel to keep it 'tidy' ._., then again most home owners around here use snowblowers now aday =w=

I live in an apartment complex now where they do the snowblowing/shoveling for us. last place we lived they forced us to either do it ourselves or be snowed in

ml1201 01-09-2016 06:26 PM

Well, around here anything from 2-5 feet of snow is enough for me not to go into work because I live on a side road with no shoulders and ditches on either side. Sorry, but I don't want my car stuck in a ditch with all the crazy drivers around here. During a week of snow there is one bend that will have 3-7 accidents in a single week because of people not slowing down while there's snow on the ground. So if it starts snowing late at night my road might not even get plowed before the next evening, and we live in a complex, so that would be way too much for me to shovel.

Monorea 01-09-2016 07:28 PM

Crazy Drivers? You have those? What is your law enforcement doing?

ml1201 01-09-2016 10:49 PM

Telling my brother off for calling them when someone hit his car. .-. That seriously happened, they told him to stop wasting their time...He was in a parking lot where he works, a guy pulled in to talk on his phone, finished and was backing up to leave and hit my brother's car. Nothing serious damage-wise was done, but the cops got mad at him for calling them.

Monorea 01-10-2016 05:12 AM

Did he call them because the driver refused to share his insurance details?

Demonskid 01-10-2016 11:59 AM

What shitty cops o-o

around here, they get called no matter how bad the damage is.

Monorea 01-10-2016 12:48 PM

Here drivers usually manage it themselves, exchange insurance details, apologies and stuff.
