Eh, I know that, but my brain doesn't. At all.
I start feeling extreme guilt and remorse, and then I start feeling like I haven't done anything, so I do MORE to justify myself. Its getting.. way worse. I thought I was getting BETTER, but its just escalating. My bodies in intense pain, my obliques throb, and my ankle will sometimes give out. I think I've fallen twice in the last two days. >< BROKE MY FAVORITE PAIR OF FLIP FLOPS, TOO! -rageragegrage- |

And speaking of, its time for me to go.
I have to at least do one workout, walk for a half hour, and then I can sit and talk for awhile before I have to repeat the process. Only with two walks, and one workout, and then I don't have to move much again till 10, when I go for my before shower, letsgetzanefatfood walk. -sighs- Meiz;; I do at home "DVD" workouts. [They're on my computer] Look up insanity, and Jillian Michaels. I work out to them twice, for at least an hour/hour and a half a day, either doing intense cardio, or intense lifting/strength training, then I do three or four half hour walks/jogs/whatever. |

Thing is, I cant stop
Ive tried. I just get bitchy and irritated, and yeah. xD; Ive been doing a lot of cardio the last three or so weeks. With a lot of kickboxing, and lifting. Even walking hurts. ><; |
well exercising when you're in THAT much pain aint good for you. I know exercising is supposed to make you feel SOME pain but not THAT much.

I can onlt manange 5 mins on the treadmil before I feel like my back is going to give out on me, but I need some sort of excerzise which is why I do it.

I con only last for a short time running/jogging on the treadmill before my lower back acts up terribly
