Meh, I just take a couple ibuprofen and that keeps them at bay. Nice hot tea helps, too. As does light exercise like yoga, tae bo, and pilates.

You might or you might not. There's another yaoi with a similar title called Honey Seme Darling Uke that's also been published in English. I think it was licensed under June Manga, though.
