This year, I'm home, petsitting, for Thanksgiving. So I get to buy my own food for it, and the menu is as follows:
-Steak (Still debating about the cut) -roasted fingerling potatoes seasoned with rosemary and garlic -Roasted acorn squash, seasoned with salt and five-spice powder -Roasted asparagus (seasoned with garlic and onion) -Roasted Brussels sprouts (seasoned with garlic and onion) -Roasted broccoli (again, garlic and onion) -Pumpkin cheesecake (if it's available at the store) |
We don't celebrate day of because schedules, we usually celebrate on my birthday
So we already had it lol |

oh, well i went shopping yesterday and both brisket and turkey were on sale(pork was too but that junk is on sale for half the year) so unless i get lazy will either have roast bird or pulled moo for dinner x''D both take hours to cook so it's a coinflip(it would probably be the beef though since that is less tending)
