They're pretty good. All smoky and tender. >>
But I loooooove Christmas cookies more. >>

Stabbsworth 11-18-2019 12:05 PM

i don't like nuts very much anyways tbh.

Merskelly Metalien 11-19-2019 01:35 AM

>u> Same.
I'd rather have Christmas pie.

I like earthy colors c:

And I'm not very good at matching colors ;-;

-sharp inhale-

Tris is really good with green/brown/black color combos.

One of my favorite color combinations is actually a nice very-slightly-greenish blue, paired with bronze. Haven't been able to replicate it too well here, though.

Stabbsworth 11-19-2019 12:01 PM

mince pies, those things are quite nice.

Coda 11-19-2019 12:46 PM

Mmm, mince pie. I know a lot of people don't like it, but I certainly do.

Stabbsworth 11-19-2019 01:46 PM

it's essentially just these little cakes, and they're filled with a small amount of fruit, and they also have sugar.

mum likes hers with custard.

Rainbowfox Ari 11-19-2019 02:26 PM

I like the idea of black/brown/white - maybe not green in that, because it always makes me think Pistachios in that context for some reason.

... and the song is not "Pistachios Roasting on an Open Fire"

Stabbsworth 11-19-2019 08:41 PM

gestures because brown and pink look nice together.

Espy 11-20-2019 04:31 AM

...strawberry and chocolate.

Rainbowfox Ari 11-20-2019 05:22 AM

That's more Valentine's, but that would be neat, too~!

Stabbsworth 11-20-2019 11:35 AM

yee.

strawbebby.

Merskelly Metalien 11-20-2019 07:58 PM

*proceeds to make everyone want one of these impressive lookn' cupcakes I found*

mdom 11-20-2019 08:10 PM

can't believe you made a thread asking for advice and ended up going for a homestuck!!!!

Stabbsworth 11-20-2019 08:50 PM

oooooh. those cupcakes would be nice to replicate in manyland tbh.

Espy 11-21-2019 01:22 AM

...I don’t do sweet stuff.

Merskelly Metalien 11-21-2019 02:03 PM

How about salty stuff? :]

Espy 11-21-2019 02:40 PM

Salty, bitter, yes.

My tastes in food in general are similar to my tastes in chocolate — I like 80% cacao dark chocolate, with sea salt.

Stabbsworth 11-21-2019 04:09 PM

> dark chocolate with sea salt

crikey. you're braver than any US Marine.

mdom 11-21-2019 05:17 PM

chocolate with sea salt is delicious tho
also why do we derail each and every thread in this website

Espy 11-21-2019 05:31 PM

I am what I eat — bitter and salty :|

Stabbsworth 11-21-2019 05:35 PM

because endless derailment is probably how conversations go.

Espy 11-22-2019 04:37 AM

bc a large number of us probably have adhd.

Stabbsworth 11-22-2019 12:16 PM

that too.

Merskelly Metalien 11-23-2019 12:09 AM

*shrugs* :/ My noggin does not care about derailment, as it's been in a whirlpool of derailment since 2009. <x}

littl3chocobo 11-23-2019 07:44 AM

so espy is pickles? XD

Espy 11-24-2019 04:26 AM

Pickles are disgusting.

They’re sour, not bitter.

Merskelly Metalien 11-24-2019 04:20 PM

:] Have you had shrimp chips before Espy? If so, are they good? :/ I've always been curious..

Witchchylde 11-24-2019 05:10 PM

Finally figured out an item that gives at least a modicum of modesty for my kitty front bum! Nice little loin cloth type thing!

Stabbsworth 11-24-2019 06:35 PM

kitty front bum

oh no

Which kind? The Calbee snacks are really good, the ones in a pink/white aluminum bag. The ones that you have to fry up are also really good, but I haven’t had those in over a decade.

Merskelly Metalien 11-24-2019 10:06 PM

:] Hmmm Calbee...
I'll have to check my local markets for them. Never had shrimp chips before. ^-^

Stabbsworth 11-25-2019 02:52 PM

need to figure out a decent colour scheme for christmas.

Merskelly Metalien 11-25-2019 03:39 PM

..but thanksgiving is..oh wait. <x'} Oops. I think it's only in the US that there's Thanksgiving right??
Yeah, the Christmas behemoth approaches rapidly. o_O;

Coda 11-25-2019 05:53 PM

Even my British friends complain about Christmas starting too early. I was seeing stuff as early as 11/3 this year.

Stabbsworth 11-25-2019 08:58 PM

mood.

halloween is the only thing keeping christmas from seeping into other parts of the year.

Merskelly Metalien 11-27-2019 12:33 PM

>:T Dangit. England is so flippin' goffik with it's black magic vibes, it makes the U.S. Halloween time super bland. :[ *clap* We're all so obsessed with buying things for the Christmas time, that we'll do it at the start of October. >8( And things will get crazier come the last weeks of November!

Stabbsworth 11-27-2019 12:36 PM

england? gothic? bah. all we do is celebrate a parasite with a fancy hat. i don't care if this gets me arrested for treason, she's a load of shit and sits on a hoard of wealth that comes from the lower classes.

Merskelly Metalien 11-27-2019 01:06 PM

<x} lol, I dunno why I just pictured a fat flea with a fancy racing track hat, and sitting on a pile of wiggling bodies.

<x'D Sounds like an oddly paralleled opinion to the first American revolutionaries Barker! Dump that tea!

Unfortunately when the founding men of the country put a presidency into place to establish a more balanced and fair system of government, they didn't take into account that future presidents may not always be fit, though they may be qualified, to be in office. <U<;
No one is ever happy with who's in the white house, hehe, and a great many are extremely opposed to the lump of crazy marmalade sitting in the oval office currently. Especially since past presidents make him look like a rotten turd, which he is. >w> Methinks the last president to do horrible things and make the U.S. look REALLY bad did a better job than this clown. Entertaining as his idiotic affairs might be, I think he needs to be taught a lesson. >u< Now THAT would make great television to see him prosecuted!

Stabbsworth 11-27-2019 05:30 PM

god.

anyone that's currently in debt or convicted of a violent crime (or convicted of fraud) shouldn't be in office.

the reason why i despise the queen is because she's just sitting on that wealth. homeless people were told to get out of the way at a wedding of her son's or something. she does jackshit to actually help them out. she probably doesn't pay taxes, either.
