Azrael 09-18-2010 12:50 AM

... Wow...
Well on the bright side: Bill = out of picture
On the down side: everything still looks completely fucked up story line wise.

Alexander Linden 09-18-2010 12:54 AM

I'm going to bed now. Night everyone.

Azrael 09-18-2010 12:59 AM

Azrael 09-18-2010 01:11 AM

Wow... watching I love the 2000's...
It... it's like "... wow that happened... three years ago already...?"

Azrael 09-18-2010 01:32 AM

... I just realized that I cannot dissect an English sentence when it's my first language. I cannot go "hey this is the verb" or "hey this is the adverb" ._.

Ashurato 09-18-2010 02:25 AM

I was an English major in college, but heck if I know that stuff myself.

Chi 09-18-2010 02:33 AM

I still have a difficult time dissecting sentences, sometimes with tenses as well.
I like how my Western Civilizations professor is acting like a secondary English professor to us.
He said to our class, "If you have too many errors in your paper. You will get no credit. Sorry."
It's a History class, not an English class. x_x;

Azrael 09-18-2010 02:36 AM

XD Even my English professor doesn't seem that up tight. o.o'

XD On the other hand, in Japanese it's easy because of the fact that verbs are always/usually in the same place. And in a group.

Gozed 09-18-2010 02:36 AM

*Sips drink* Its delicious...

Azrael 09-18-2010 02:37 AM

Gozed are you still drinking alcohol?

Gozed 09-18-2010 02:53 AM

Yes, yes I am.

Chi 09-18-2010 02:54 AM

Wow, haha. xD;
German's kind of like that.
The 'important' verb is always second in the sentence unless it's a question.
And yeah, he's pretty up tight.
He tries to act cool by telling us we can call him Matt, but then smashes all our dreams saying our English has to be semi-perfect or we get no credit. xD;

Azrael 09-18-2010 03:00 AM

XD that's dumb... I always thought it weird to call a teacher by their first name, though. I mean, I was in high school before I stopped calling CLOSE FAMILY FRIENDS who I had as teachers by their last name. XD Like, I'm talking within the last two years is when I stopped (~is 18~)

XD I wanna learn German soooo badly.
In Japanese the verb is always at the end unless the verb is being modified somehow.
