I have Scheat onmy Odin team, and she helps a lot in many ways which is why i asked about Pollux xD
If you move their orbs right, you get lots of nice 4 prongs out of them >w> |
What is this new skill thing? Is there someplace I get get a better explanation of what this feature is?

Skill Inheritance.
Its where you can give 1 monster a second skill from a different monster. But first you need to get the monsters needed for this.. the dungeon will be up sometime tonight. Seems to be 10PM for me. it's a temporary thing, so that monster you take the skill from will get it back. you can't use it until you give it back its skill.. also the second skill's cool down is increased.. they add the first skill cool down (the one that's already on the monster you gave the second skill to) to the second skill cool down.. so like say Monster A's skill cool down is 5 Monster B's skill cool down is 7 Add monster B's skill to Monster A, the skill cool down from monster B will be come 12 while its on Monster A um..... -tries to remember stoofs- the monsters need to meet requirements before you can use them for this.. you can give Bodin's skill to a Red Odin Tamadra but you can't give Red Odin Tamara's skill to Bodin.. coda or illu or nick can explain better.. >x< Sorry i suck at this edit: Oh say you're in a battle with monster A that now has 2 skills If you use 1 skill, the cool down resets on both skills.. o3o oh, the monster you use to give the skill to monster A, has to have a gold star thingy on it. |
Monsters that have a gold star on their portrait can be equipped (at the cost of four Tan monsters, which invade in urgent dungeons or can be purchased for 25kMP each -- yes, this is a cash sink) to any monster you want.
The base monster charges its own active skill like normal, and once its own skill is ready it starts charging the skill equipped to it. When THAT skill is ready, the original active skill becomes unavailable and you can use the equipped skill. Say for example that you equipped Gadius (Sunrise Zone, 10 turns) to... I dunno, Awoken Hinokagutsuchi (Yomi Wave, 7 turns). Turns 1 through 6, Hinokagutsuchi doesn't have any active skills available. Turns 8 through 16, Yomi Wave is available as Sunrise Zone charges. Turn 17, Sunrise Zone becomes available and Yomi Wave is unusable. After you use either active skill, it resets to turn 1. You can unequip the monster at any time, so you can keep it instead of losing it as if it were an evolution, but you have to pay for it again to re-equip it. |
I'm not going to bother with it then since it temporary. :/
|
It's not temporary in the sense that it wears off. It's just not permanent in that you can undo it whenever you choose to.

I like that its Temp o3o I won't loose my monsters xD

Disclaimer: I copy-pasted this from something that I typed for a group chat lol
Most of this information can also be found in-game. Unfortunately, it's kinda hidden. Options > Help (you can find all of the post-dungeon tips here!) > Useful Info SKILL TRANSFER INFO (Related terms are, to my knowledge, unofficial except for "Skill Transfer". The official in-game term for "donor" is "assistant" or "assist monster", actually lol and for "recipient", it's "base monster") There are no requirements for the monster RECIPIENT other than having any active skill. There are requirements for the monster DONOR. If a monster is ELIGIBLE to be a donor, then the monster will have a gold star (on a gold background) in place of the yellow star (on a green background) that usually appears for a fully awoken monster. (Last time I checked, there is no indication of which monsters have actually received a second skill unless you go to that monster's info or unless you are in a dungeon.) For a monster to be eligible to be a DONOR, the following must ALL be true of the monster: > Rare Egg Machine only (including collab REMs) > Current stage 5* or higher (regardless of the rarity of the base stage) > Fully awoken (no latents needed) > Max level (lv.99 to be specific -> means that the monster must be in either its final normal evo or an ultimate evo) Technically, neither the donor nor the recipient need to be skilled. HOWEVER, the cooldown of the DONATED skill will be (original skill's CD) + (donated skill's CD). Both monsters can still be skilled up via Power-Up Fusion. (And, while you probably won't be interested in doing this for a donor, I'm guessing that you can do anything via Power-Up Fusion and Evolution/Ultimate Evolution to the donor.) However, the DONOR monster cannot be used in teams. |
haha I fell asleep before the Tan Dungeon =o= i wanted that gem
I almost have 50 gems for User Choice OuO I'm going for Orochi >:3 Hope to get Ryune too >-> My Ryune friends all changed their leads so if I get a Ryune myself then I can run my team with a friends B-Odin or Gabby.. |
I'm now rank 307 and I'm almost to 900 days played.
BTW, how well did you guys do in the 10MM tournament? I finished it once with almost two minutes left on the clock, so my estimated rank is 32.6% (89,168 points). |
I don't do the tournaments >x> i suck at being timed.. especially when my phone lags
|
Yikes. You should do them for the stone, at least! And the 10MM one in particular was great; it was probably the fairest one of all ranking dungeons, and anyone could clear it. That's why I changed my IGN to "DO RANKING" for the entire week, Demonskid lol I guess maybe I should've posted the details here instead xD
The team was preset: Awoken Horus leads with all Constellation 2 gods except for Pollux (light) as subs. All hypermax (+297, max awoken, max skill, max level). Enemies had no preemptives and were on 99-turn timers (could show up with 98 or 100 turns since they had no preemptives). Their attacks were listed as roughly 3k each (one enemy per floor). The preset team was completely capable of one-shotting every floor without massive luck, so everyone who can combo somewhat decently should have been able to clear the dungeon at least for the stone (ranking's a different matter; you can still clear the dungeon for the stone if you leave PAD and therefore lose your chance at ranking), even if they can't activate Horus's leader skill every single turn. I only ran the 10MM ranking dungeon twice. My first score was horrendously low because I went into it blind and spent several turns wondering why I wasn't doing any damage to Meimei. Then "I shouldn't be doing this right after waking up. Meimei probably has high defense. OH GOD NO I MADE A 3-COMBO AFTER USEING ANTARES AND HORUS" lol My second run was much better. My estimated rank is 36.8% now. I didn't bother to try again lol I just hit 800 days played! Yummy 10 magic stones ouo Rank 416! Joooiiin meeee in the 200+ stamina zone -sits in corner feeling very lonely- -probably plays PAD waaaay more than she should- BY THE WAY KING OF THE GODS IS ON 2X EXP FOR THE NEXT WEEK IT'S GIVING ROUGHLY 27K EXP PER 17 STAMINA The downside is that it is soooooo damn grindy. BUT it is an option for ranking up a ton that I think you all should be aware of if you aren't already aware of it! And I don't mean just running it over and over again, although that's a great (but mind-numbing) option, too. E.g. I have 220 max stamina. I have 270k exp until I rank up. It is technically better for me to spend my next 170 stamina on KotG, even if I have to wait for that 170 stamina, because it'll be like getting 50 free stamina--and then I can spend the 170 on whatever I originally wanted to do with it. Too bad real life exists. :P |
I don't do very well with teams i'm not use to xD
I need to get use to my Luci team and my new shiva team... I want a Fire team, leaf team, light team, and dark team that plays exactly like my water team >w>, |
I hope you can find some! I personally like doing different playstyles, although I am awful with row teams haha (other than Ronia, but I'm only not awful with Ronia because Ronia)
|
I need teams with high HP and ATK with decent RVC xD
>w> mah BOdin team hit 111k HP today |
