It's a crime movie set in Bruges! It's got I think his name is . . .Colin Farrell? It's in English though and it's really good!

THe Rose City Comiccon had uhm the gentleman who played samwise in LOTR, but it was $50 to go up and meet him so we just stood in the back and were creepily staring him.
