Ah that's why I like point and click adventures like King's Quest and Monkey Island! Also . . . I have a strong love for Harvest Moon games.

Tohopekaliga 12-07-2015 10:18 AM

There's a sub-series of Harvest Moon where you kill things (monsters). Rune Factory. It was pretty fun. Well, the one I played, anyway (2).

Coda 12-07-2015 01:08 PM

Trisphee's upcoming game (link in my signature) is nonviolent! :D

Tas 12-07-2015 04:56 PM

I should say, I specifically like games where violence is an option, but you have a choice not to use it. I like having a choice.

Fulkth 12-07-2015 06:01 PM

A new game? That's exciting!

I am okay with violent or non-violent games.

Lucid: 12-07-2015 06:24 PM

I haven't played any of the earlier Rune Factories, but Rune Factory 4 was a lot of fun.

Fulkth 12-07-2015 06:28 PM

Rune factory sounds familiar. I think my husband used to play it.
lol, now I am going to play some rune factory music to confuse him when he gets home. XD

Ireland 12-07-2015 06:51 PM

I, on the other hand, enjoy violence in my games.

Mainly cause I rarely kill or maim anything or anyone in RL. >__>;

Tas 12-07-2015 06:58 PM

I'm cool with violence in games. I just think it's cool when there's a pacifist option. Take Dishonored for example. It's super-fun being super-violent in that game, but the fact that you can beat the entire game without killing anyone is also awesome.

Fulkth 12-07-2015 07:02 PM

Video games are not my forte. When my husband and his friend play Mario Cart, I am still on lap 2/3 when they pass the finish line. And then the friend starts getting irritated waiting for me to finish, especially when I get confused and start going the wrong way....

Let's just say, I don't play Mario Cart anymore.

Tas 12-07-2015 07:06 PM

apparently I'm a platypus now??? o_________O

I hear they don't do much.

Fulkth 12-07-2015 07:16 PM

At least you have a nickname!

I don't have one yet. XD

Tohopekaliga 12-07-2015 07:23 PM

"Platypus" is one of the early postcount based titles, of which Trisphee has a vaguely ridiculous quantity of (and most of them are in-jokes that I don't understand, I think.)

Custom titles, like "-" replace those.

Coda 12-07-2015 07:27 PM

If they're in-jokes, I don't get them either, and I've been around long enough. I think they're just supposed to be silly.

Tohopekaliga 12-07-2015 07:32 PM

Well, there you have it, then.

Fulkth 12-07-2015 07:41 PM

Koala would be a good funny name too. XD

Let's all learn about koalas...

Glitch 12-07-2015 07:57 PM

I feel so badly for that koala that climbed into those peoples pool to cool off D:

Fulkth 12-07-2015 08:47 PM

The clip was quite interesting. I didn't get to finish it yet though. I decided to get some chores done.

Lucid: 12-07-2015 09:58 PM

Some are in-jokes, and some are just silly titles. I don't think I even get all of the ones that are in-jokes, and I don't remember most of the titles anyway so I'd have to look at a list to remember the few I do know.

Anurah Loveheart 12-08-2015 05:42 PM

Hello everyone it has been a while 030

Tohopekaliga 12-08-2015 05:59 PM

Hello, Anurah. :) welcome back.

Tas 12-09-2015 05:40 AM

hi friends!

I make thread! :D

read my poems! http://www.trisphee.com/forums/showt...50#post1675550

Fulkth 12-09-2015 06:05 PM

That's cool that you write poems! :o

Writing poems hurt my head. The only way that you are going to get me to write a poem is if it's required for a school assignment!

Alatariel 12-09-2015 06:23 PM

I don't wanna be at work anymore. I wanna be halfway home to my warm couch with blankets, the puppy and Deadman Wonderland playing on the TV.. While I wait for hubby to come home. I would also like to be drawing on an iPad right now but.. Is too aspensive.. :l Broke artist problems..

(I'm just doing as the thread says. XD jibber jabber hehe don't mind me)

I think I want pizza tonight..

I'm the other way around!

I can only write a poem when I'm inspired to. I can't be forced to write a poem! >.<

Fulkth 12-09-2015 07:27 PM

@ Alatariel

Aww, so sorry. How much longer do you have at work until you can go home?

I don't mean to rub it in your face or anything, but I am home. All nice and cozy and waiting for my husband to get home.

Pizza is a good choice! I am also having pizza for dinner today! :o

But I am also making chicken alfredo! I sure hope my husband has a big appetite when he gets home!

Alatariel 12-09-2015 07:58 PM

I'm home now. I didn't have much time left x3
I'm all cozy waiting for the hubs now. He shall be home soon. I think we are gonna go out and see my sister at her new job tonight. Maybe. And no pizza.. I'm saving that for the weekend x3 I get paid on Friday so it'll be easier to get hehe

Being cozy is awesome. So is chicken Alfredo <3 yum

Fulkth 12-09-2015 08:42 PM

Fulkth is happy. The husband is finally home!
Sucks that you get no pizza tonight. I just made frozen pizza. We always have a couple of those sitting in the freezer for emergencies. XD

Alatariel 12-09-2015 10:51 PM

Pizza is nummy. I need to go grocery shopping, actually.. :l

Fulkth 12-09-2015 11:29 PM

I think I have a shopping problem.I go to the grocery store too much!
I have to go back to the store tomorrow to do a refund. And then I might pick up some butternut squash sauce if there is any left. It was on clearance for only $1, but after some consideration I opted against buying it.

Ireland 12-10-2015 02:03 AM

Dude! That freaked me out for a moment...I clicked on the link and saw the price for the sauce at $46 dollars! Then I saw it was for a pack of six of them.

Silly Ireland is silly. :3

Glitch 12-10-2015 04:54 AM

I love grocery shopping. . .

Lucid: 12-10-2015 07:24 PM

Hi Anurah! It's been a while! How have you been?

I like grocery shopping, but only when I actually get my butt out to the store. Once I'm there, it's one of those semi-relaxing chores where I don't have to talk to anyone, can just the cart, and contemplate life.
Before I leave the house, though, it's all "NOOOOOOO grocery shopping is so hard I have to do hard things like WALK AROUND and CARRY BAGS and, worst of all, SPEND MONEY. D: UGH." Through sheer laziness I have managed to go 3-4 weeks between grocery shopping trips on occasion. If I shopped more often it would take less time and be easier, but I can't manage to process that idea enough to put it in practice. xD

Ireland 12-11-2015 12:12 AM

I know what you mean.

Sometimes, I don't want to deal with *shudder* people. >(
I do need to feed myself and the manbeast though...so I endure. And you are right, once you're there it's not bad...it's just getting there that is the hardest part. :/

Tas 12-11-2015 01:14 AM

ugh, I hate spending money too.

Fulkth 12-11-2015 03:42 AM

I went to the store today to do a couple of refunds, and they were out of that butternut sauce that I had wanted. Sad news.

Sometimes I go grocery shopping with the husband, but I don't buy a single thing. A whole store full of goodies and I don't want a single thing. O.O

Tas 12-11-2015 04:46 AM

aw, it's always too bad when they don't have the thing you want.

it's good when you don't want anything they have, though. Then you don't end up spending money! :D

Tohopekaliga 12-11-2015 01:31 PM

The manbeast. lol.

Shopping isn't bad, really...But I do it in the style of "get in, get the target, get out," most of the time.

Glitch 12-11-2015 03:08 PM

So does my bf, and let me tell you. We never have any groceries.

Tohopekaliga 12-11-2015 03:19 PM

Food is an exception. I walk a route, and collect things along the way. If there's something I need off the route, I detour. But I hit the major points, and buy things that are on sale (plus things I decide I want).

That said, we've rarely got more than a few days of things in the house. For dinner, anyway. Breakfast and lunch things tend to be around a while. And the sweets.

So many sweets.
