Random, but is the only way to earn currency is to play the game?

You also get currency from posting around, though I believe it is a time based currency, not based on how much you post. there are also a lot of contests available for this event where you can earn more souls.

The currency is max of 6 an hour. 2 gold/pure souls a game with 3 games an hour...-is afraid to see how much the items cost- XD

not that bad of a cost same as all the other events
