Materials for the hoopskirt: $50
Materials for the wig: $40

Why are all the underbits so much more costly??! But I'm in the process of making her huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge hoops, I'll fit through doors...but sideways only! And holy crap the pink of it all!

Oh, and Nikko...you, and Liz and like three other people will be able to hide under this dress AT THE SAME TIME. It will be epic.

oh so, so much pink LOL I got all teh tulle today as well, we'll see if 25 yards is enough, or if I'll be insane and have to get more. I'm still not sure how I'm putting the hoops together...they're more like panniers or pocket hoops...
