Ha, osnap Pog. Anyway, I haven't really played FF7 in a long time. If even at all if memory serves me right, but I know what went on, because of my brother. I also watched the movies, so yeah. . . that was fun. . . Especially on a dial up internet. . . =_=;

Well I was ... 5 when it came out and my dad played it (me and my sister loved to watch). And I haven't played since. So I don't remember anyyyythingggg from it x.x;

Hmm. So you're only a year older than I. ^^; Schweet. Anyway. Rumors of a remake are false until proven true by Square themselves. Of course, they said they weren't thinking of a remake until they made a game that would be just as popular. . . which I'm going to guess is japanese for, "We're not going to make another Final Fantasy 7, but we'll keep using characters straight from an anime and progressively make things worse for our industry. . . then when you least expect it, another not so good game that is slightly better than the rest we made." =_= I'm going to hope with all I can that Versus XIII is going to pull another Final Fantasy 7, but I doubt it.

Ohh, that's the one with Noctis? Yeah, I've been excited for that game for a while now. It's release date is still "TBA" though >A>;;

I know. It's rather depressing, like not hearing from an actual KH3. . . but I suppose VS XIII will be our Kingdom Hearts for now with the live action fighting, and I'm definitely okay with that. =w= Nobuo Uematsu better be on the music team as well, or I will be rather mad. Because you can't have a perfect Final Fantasy without Nobuo Uematsu directing the music. . . I mean XIII-2 was decent, but then came the music which he had no part of from what I can tell. The biggest offense was the Chocobo Metal theme. . . How in the hell do you mess up a chocobo theme? It's the same thing in a different style. =_=~~~

Dude I thought Nobu, the person that did the art for ff7 (and early ff games) and another important person split from square soft when it became square unix and that FF10 was the last game he was going to do music for, for that company. I also thought they already released the versus game as I saw footage for it years ago on youtube, then again it might have been a Japan only release. The thing is I don't think are going remake ff7 I assumed they would make another prequel and I heard on the rumor mill it was a sequel. But really after Crisis Core and Dirge of Cerberus they need to leave the franchise alone and focus on making a game just as popular with a innovative storyline and original characters instead of riding the FF7 fame horse.

Uematsu, the composer, left after....FFX I believe, quit the company, and created his own from what I understood...though he'll still do music for Final Fantasy, but like freelance?

I looked it up and it was because Square moved their head quarters and he wasn't comfortable with the location...which I can understand.
