No, seriously. In any base, you write the number equal to the radix as "10". 0b10 = 2, 010 = 8 (leading zero means octal / base 8), 10 = 10, 0x10 = 16. So in the absence of some sort of notation indicating what base the base itself is written in, all bases are base 10! |
