Well, I assumed I needed to post-stalk Tea for the first riddle. So I did, in every thread but this one. Didn't see it there. So either I misunderstood the clue or its somewhere in this thread but this thread has too many pages for me to want to look xD

I'm pretty sure all the members of the staff are going to help judge the avatar/hat design contests so... not allowed to participate in those, either. xD

Even I don't know all the answers to the Questionnaire, and I've been a member of Trisphee for a loooong time.
