The thing is, I always make a big pot of it, but she likes being treated like royalty. We're not allowed to eat dinner until the queen has arrived. Ugh, it's so annoying. I try to have dinner ready when she comes home from work, but she never tells me when she has plans or meetings. Last time I made chicken noodle soup, but she was two hours late getting in and the noodles ended up all soggy.
