I know how you feel.
I felt that way with Death Note kinda.

Demo 07-06-2011 10:49 PM

Eh I was kinda glad when death note ended though the endings are different in the manga and anime which kinda urked me XP

Poggio 07-06-2011 10:51 PM

I dunno things like Bleach, Inuyasha, Naruto... Some times they just need to end.

Nefer 07-06-2011 10:51 PM

Hmmm, if you likes Vampire Knight Neirra then you may like Trinity Blood and Hellsing (but Hellsing's art is, well...it needs some getting used to, same thing for the author's humor ^^;;; ). Otherwise, you may like DNAngel, though I can't tell if the ending is good or bad, I haven't manage to buy all the volumes yet ^^;

Demo 07-06-2011 10:53 PM

YES! First story arc = awesome, everything after = filler XP

Espy 07-06-2011 10:54 PM

We're talking about manga now?

Hm...I like...Seinen. Really gory action-y stuff. I don't really care about the side dish of sexual stuff that comes with it most of the time. Doesn't bother me.

Shonen is okay...but seriously, I like more mature stuff.

I read....Wolf Guy, Akumetsu, Ragnarok, Vagabond, Dogs, Jackals....awesome stuff like that.

I know.

o___o

I understand changing things up though, that way it feels different and isn't repetitive.

I wish I could find a good Shounen-ai action manga XP

Serra Britt 07-06-2011 10:57 PM

@Nefer, I think the Chobits manga was wrapped up much better than the anime. But I adore Crispin Freeman (Hideki's voice) so I ended up enjoying the anime more than I might have because of that.

@Poggio, Clover was REALLY good...to me anyways. It was kind of heavy in a way, but also somewhat hard to follow. As for X1999 I'll have to look for more volumes now as what I have up to now is definitely NOT an ending >.>

gremlin 07-06-2011 10:58 PM

To be honest, I would love another vampire one.
But a more serious one. I love Vampire Knight but Yuuki irritates me sometimes.

Nefer 07-06-2011 10:58 PM

@Serra: Ah ok, that's great to know, the anime started having the 'real action' around episode 20, so I found it a bit weird for that ^^;

Poggio 07-06-2011 10:59 PM

Thats because it was like 50 volumes. I am too poor to buy that much manga.
I watched the movie. Clamp is very depressing.

Nefer 07-06-2011 11:01 PM

@Neirra: Uh, vampire manga... The only one I have is Trinity Blood and Hellsing... Though if you're into demons etc there's also YuYu Hakusho, DevilxDevil and Chrno Crusade (though the first two are older, so the graphics are kinda different from what you may be used to...and DevilxDevil really have as a fan-base boys lol).

Demo 07-06-2011 11:03 PM

YU YU HAKASHO KICKS ASS!!!! *HUGS ANIME TO DEATH*

Nefer 07-06-2011 11:04 PM

@Demo: ...xD I've only read the manga and watched the movies/amv lol, I never managed to get my hands on the anime apart from episode 1 to 20 or something like that ^^;;; But yes, it ROCKS, it was my first manga so it also has a sentimental part to me lol.

Demo 07-06-2011 11:06 PM

I watched it on T.V. When I was like.... 10? Man I now look back and see how gory it was for my age XD
