Ah. Is the 3rd season any better? I think it mostly bothered me how dumb the characters were and how heavily the drama relied on chance scenarios. Just my usual pet peeves.

mdom 04-06-2019 07:53 AM

No, it's actually dumber |D someone starts to believe she's sent by god and then people come for them.

Love death robots was good though.

Biomecha 04-06-2019 05:47 PM

Ah, oh well.

I'm a few episodes in, but not done yet. Have you seen the new Project Runway? It looks like they're borrowing judges from Drag Race with the way voting has gone.

mdom 04-06-2019 07:15 PM

I don't hate Siriano replacing Tim Gunn even though no one can make it work like him, but Karlie Kloss is so :|

I hope their new fashion show is like old times pr

Biomecha 04-06-2019 08:31 PM

I like Siriano well enough and he seems to be holding his own. At least Gunn will still have his own show, it's just taking forever to come out.

I was never a Heidi fan, so I don't mind Kloss. The new male judge is pretty annoying though.

This season has been pretty decent, except for the last episode where the judging was highly questionable.

Like RPDR's monster ball judging? |D

hard to follow the plot of production when the girls don't follow it

Biomecha 04-06-2019 09:30 PM

This was the winning look, just to give an idea https://www.instagram.com/p/Bv4RNaOj_AV

wtf that woman must bring in the drama or a good sob story.

I mean, what would the eliminated looks be

Biomecha 04-07-2019 12:56 AM

It was the unconventional materials challenge and this one went home...

But others were also better than the winning look so it was quite puzzling.

mdom 04-07-2019 07:45 PM

The top is ok, but that skirt is not... a skirt.

Biomecha 04-07-2019 09:24 PM

It was a survival chic theme. The designer was from Samoa and wanted to bring some of his culture, and it wound up being more shipwrecked than campfire.

mdom 04-08-2019 06:41 PM

well if the winning look was that literal trash, he should've been saved for that cute top!!!

Biomecha 04-08-2019 07:35 PM

What's strange is that they were in love with the "accessories" and especially the water jug, even though she didn't really do anything to modify them. So it wasn't even unconventional materials being used in new ways.

mdom 04-08-2019 09:56 PM

get it together, judging panel!!

Biomecha 04-08-2019 10:30 PM

Hopefully Tim Gunn's show will have better judges.

mdom 04-09-2019 12:28 AM

We can only hope it's for fashion and not for any drama or anything.
