From time to time, I hate most baked goods or sweets, so I tend not to eat much of it. But I do love some kinds of breads that I will eat forever and ever. XD I am the manry-est of men! |
I mostly eat sweets, and I love to bake- but I've never gotten into the really...intricate stuff. Was going to go to culinary arts for pastry stuff, and then moved away from my college of choice. Now I either have to just figure things out on my own, or move to Dallas. XP Which is fun.
I like chocolate cake, but I've been getting bored with it. So I've been trying to vary my flavours. DX |
@Nikko - Oh, I see. To be honest, I'm not usually in the mood for bread either and chocolate cake doesn't appeal to me, but I do have some desserts I'm obsessed with.
@Duce - I just go the 'experiment at home' route. c: I think the most complicated thing I've made is a layered pie, haha. I usually stick to simple stuff since I'm slow as it is. I want to try making macarons though! |
Why not make a red velvet cake with choclate cake into a checker bored cake pattern to it? It;s rather good with some cream cheese or German chocolate. I am the manry-est of men! |

That's interesting, I heard that they were difficult. I had to grind my own almond flour and didn't manage to get it very fine, so I was kind of disappointed. |
